| About Me: | My name is Brian Rolfe and I'm a digital artist/graphic designer/photographer based in the UK. I've set this profile up separate from my photography profile to showcase and advertise my retouching skills. I have over 12 years experience in Photoshop and pride myself on creating a natural looking retouch that is not obviously or overly Photoshopped (although if this is your brief then I can accommodate that too). I am also proficient in 3D if you require a CGI composite. I do not use any blur techniques as a rule, everything you see in my portfolio has been retouched at pixel level using non destructive dodge & burn techniques. I don't advertise a rate per image as I find this practice unrealistic until I know what is required, every image is different and every photographer will have individual requirements and expectations. I will quote on a per image basis, obviously a basic retouch will be considerably quicker and cheaper than a detailed pore level beauty shot aimed at publication. Turnaround will depend on work levels at the time but as a general rule I aim to return an image within 3 days depending on the level of retouch required. I will usually be able to tell you once I receive your request and your image(s). I am also available for your graphic design requirements... business cards, promotional montage, type setting & layout, book or magazine design/layout... the list goes on, if you are unsure if I do it please just ask, the only thing I don't do is web development but I'm happy to design the layout to be passed on to your web developer.
